Court Yard is a new build development just off Cow Lane in Bramcote. The site previously housed a large bungalow, which was demolished to make way for 4 large detached properties. Taynton took control of the site after demolition had taken place, running the job through until all 4 properties were occupied. This was our first project working with Northsands Developments, which went extremely well, despite the difficulties that 2020 brought with it.

The properties (sold for between £725,000 & £1,000,000) were carefully designed and built to compliment their surroundings. With a modern touch on the traditional look, these properties were brick built, with slate roofs and a unique oak porch to each entrance. The oak linked beautifully with the inside, as the front door of each house leads to a large entrance hall with oak staircases and glass balustrades. The individually designed kitchens were hand painted with quartz worktops and a variety of AEG appliances. Bathrooms were fitted with Duravit sanitaryware, Aqualla brassware and Roman showers. A variety of tiles, chosen from Quorn Stone, were installed on all floors and walls to each room, giving the bathrooms a luxury feel.

The new private road was finished with a permeable resin, keeping the development looking neat with no visible drainage. This was accompanied by permeable block paved driveways and planting to the front of each property. The beautiful new development sits at the back of an existing 4 property development, allowing the houses to be set well back from the main road.
