Our second project with Northsands Developments is just down the road from our previous project. Set within an area of private woodland, The Grove is a development of 3 large new modern houses. With a combination of larch cladding and render, the properties really stand out against the woodland backdrop. With large panels of glazing to the front of each house, and multiple large sliders/bifolds to the rear, there is nature out of every aspect.

The new electric gates lead into the private development, where theses beautiful homes now sit amongst the trees. Each property is bespoke with various stand out features, whether it is a kitchen by Stephen Christopher Design, a fully kitted out cinema room by ET Home Cinemas or a master suite fit for the King! Every bathroom is fitted with Duravit sanitaryware & Aqualla brassware, with kitchens boasting a full range of AEG appliances, Quooker boiling water taps & Bora downdraft induction hobs.

With underfloor heating throughout, the ground floors of each property are almost fully tiled, with the same tile running through to very generous, level access patios. Two of the houses benefit from their own large section of private woodland, full of a variety of mature trees, including Silver birch, English oak, Scots pine & Beech.
