Starting in Summer 2023, this stunning 5 bedroom home is currently being built by our team!

The existing property was flattened in June to make way for the large contemporary new home, backing onto golf course. Challenging ground conditions led to a tricky start to the project, but once we were out of the ground, things really started to take shape! With large aluminium windows and doors to the front and rear elevations and a stunning 4m x 2.5m rooflight over the entrance hall, this home is flooded with natural daylight all day long. The metal standing seam roof and wall cladding envelope the first floor, whilst rendered masonry to the ground floor make the property seem like it is floating.

Internally there will be a stunning hand made, black ash staircase with glass balustrades, vaulted ceilings and an ensuite to all 5 bedrooms, a bespoke kitchen made by Stephen Christopher Design, luxury vinyl tiles throughout the ground and first floors, as well as high end black ironmongery including concealed hinges and magnetic latches to all doors.

Outside there will be approximately 250m2 of porcelain slabs, a rainwater harvesting tank for irrigation and a sliding electric gate to the entrance with a tarmac driveway behind. If the gate at the bottom of the garden, straight onto the golf course isn't enough, there is a large detached garage, which will be home to a state of the art golf simulator.
